Lately I’ve been OBSESSING over leopard, which you have probably already figured out. It would be safe to say that I wear something leopard at least 3-4 times a week. I literally have to stop myself most mornings from adding leopard to my daily outfits (like here and here).
I recently came across this picture on Pinterest, and fell in love with this combo. Can you guess why? I immediately started thinking of ways I could recreate this look; and after shopping my closet, this is what I came up with.

When I saw this skirt I instantly fell in love with it, because of the two textures – the tweed and faux leather waistband. Combining textures adds interest to an outfit. Here I have the sequins of my top, the calf-hair of my clutch, and the tweed and faux leather waistband of my skirt. This makes an outfit that I love, full of ‘interest’!
I think Saturday was our last day of warm weather here in Atlanta. We woke up to 50 degree weather on Sunday and today, so I think it’s safe to say you won’t see anymore outfits like this for a while.
