    You just made this outfit look so classy! I’m not sure if it’s neon yellow though but I think it looks pretty on you. I’m not a bright colored person so I don’t really have anything bright colored item in my closet.       I use to be the same way. I had a closet full of black and other neutrals, so I vowed to myself to only by color. And before I knew it, I had created a more well rounded closet. Don’t get me wrong, I still gravitate to my neutrals, sometimes it’s just easier than have to think of where colors are on the color wheel, lol!
