A Beautiful Ruckus // the daily dani // Crowley Party // Wild & Precious // the Freckled Fox
Growing up, my mother was a single parent trying to take care of three children on her teacher’s salary. There were times when we didn’t have very much, but my mother pressed on and made it work somehow. As I look back on my childhood, we never were without everything we needed. In fact, as the years went by, we started doing better and better. My mother made many sacrifices when we were younger in order for us to have a better life later on; and it was well worth it. That was the best lesson I learned from her. I have the best mother and I wouldn’t trade her for all the money in the world. I am blessed to have her and I cherish each and everyday I have with her!

My mom has always said that if you want to pick something up, youll have to be able to set it down when the time comes. She used to say it in relation to boys, LOL.
