With the arrival of the holiday season, I wanted to try out this new style. I received these products to help me achieve my new look.
Pantene Pro-V responds to hair’s structure to help bring out the beauty that is yours alone. The Pantene Pro-V Truly Natural line offers products designed specially to help manage natural hair (hair that has not been chemically relaxed).
African American women with natural hair can have a tight curl pattern. Not only does it make it difficult for the scalp’s natural sebum to moisturize the hair, it can be very difficult to comb through because it tangles easily. Although natural hair hasn’t gone through a chemical change, it is still prone to dryness which can give hair a lackluster appearance.
The Pantene Truly Natural line is designed specifically for the unique needs of natural hair, leaving it moisturized, shiny and healthy.
When I heard about Pantene’s Truly Natural line I was curious and had to give them a try! Finding the right products can be challenging, especially ones that are affordable. I have spent some serious money trying every brand you can think of, but with all of the products being less than $20…I think they are worth a try.
Inspiration
Achieving the look:
Step 1 – I washed with the clarifying Shampoo to remove all product build up and residue.
My hair felt clean, but not completely stripped, which is why I rarely “shampoo” my hair.
Step 2 – I then followed with the Co-Wash.
I must say, I LOVE the Co-Wash. It cut my detangle time in half, and left my hair soft and shiny.
Step 3 – I did a twist set with rollers on the ends by layering the BB Crème over my setting product.
I always layer some type of moisturizing product under my setting product to keep my hair from being hard and crunchy. I was very pleased with the results the BB Crème gave me.
Step 4 – After my hair was dry, I misted my hair with the KeraGloss Mist.
This gloss smells soooo gooood and it left my hair really shiny. I will definitely be adding this to my hair styling regimen.
Final Look
After pulling apart my twists and lot and lots of fluffing…
Overall these products a pretty good, especially considering their price point. The Co-Wash and the KeraGloss Oil Mist are definitely joining my product staples list.
I didn’t get a chance to try out the Pantene Stylers Flexible Hold Hairspray or the No Crunch Curls Whip this time, but I will definitely them out soon. I will keep you posted on how I like them.

This is gorgeous! Beautiful inspiration. Am sure gonna try mine.
